Celebrating Resilience, Joy, and LGBTQ+ Pride Through Music.
“Rise Above”, a dynamic and uplifting performance on Saturday, January 25, 2025, with shows at 2:00pm and 7:30pm.
Led by Artistic Director Alison MacNeill (she/her) and collaborative pianist Chris Fischer (they/them), this concert will feature an inspiring lineup of songs from iconic artists including Pink, Annie Lennox, the Indigo Girls, and more.
Rise Above is a celebration of resilience and the power of queer joy in the face of adversity.
The songs chosen for this performance remind us to transcend obstacles, and respond to oppression with courage, unity, and love. With music that spans genres and generations, the chorus will deliver an unforgettable evening of emotional and empowering anthems.
