Women's Movement and Rest Wellness Afternoon

Come join us for a rejuvenating and fun Wellness Afternoon at June Bealey School of Dance, Exeter! This event is all about exploring grounding movement through the art of Belly Dance followed by a guided Rest Session using the ancient practise of Yoga Nidra, finishing with an intention setting circle together. Our theme will be based on rising out of the darker months and looking to the year ahead. Take a break from your busy schedule and focus on your mental and physical health.
