Let it Out Mental Health & Wellbeing Course (Level 1) - £120 plus Eventbrite fees.
Thursdays - 9.30am - 11.30am - 7th November until (including) 11th December.
RISE is a 6 week course of talking therapy/counselling, centered around Person Centered Therapy methods (Carl Rogers) and Transactional Analysis. This in-person course is run by a fully qualified counsellor, supported by mental health practitioners, who will share valuable insights and practical tips to help you navigate life's challenges, whilst offering friendly, judgement-free ears to simply listen.
Take this opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and let it all out in a confidential, safe, supportive, warm and friendly environment, whilst learning new coping mechanisms and life-long skills for a happier, healthier version of you.

ABOUT LET IT OUT:
Let it Out is a registered not-for-profit C.I.C run by a small team whose mission is to help individuals become the best versions of themselves while addressing issues such as low confidence/self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and social isolation to name a few. It is our aim to bring counselling to communities who need it the most, making it much more affordable and accessible, we offer flexible payment plans if needed and do our very best to keep costs as low as we can.
We do this because we feel so passionate about improving peoples mental wellbeing, whilst frustrated that more isn't being done despite the great demand we're currently facing in this world.
One of the biggest messages we want to get across is that you are not alone – our participants often find solace in the supportive community that embraces everyone's unique journey. Our facilitators are trained to foster a non-judgmental atmosphere, and your confidentiality is a top priority.
It's also okay to take your time and share at your own pace. Many individuals have found strength and healing in the process, discovering that the shared experience can be incredibly empowering. We're here to support you every step of the way, creating a space where your voice is valued and your journey respected. Group therapy truly is an incredible and empowering experience.
