Through breath and movement, we’ll move through layers of the nervous system and body, freeing stored stress and emotion so you can expand your heart and reconnect to your most radiant, expressive self.
You’ll be guided through the session using noise-canceling silent disco headphones, which create a cocoon-like environment just for you. The headphones allow you to tune deeply into your own breath and movement, adjust the volume to your liking, and remain undisturbed by other people’s sounds or experiences. This makes the journey even more immersive, intimate, and transformative.
You’ll rise feeling renewed — your body clear, your heart open, and your energy elevated for the final month of the year.

Each session is $30 when booked individually, or join us for both and receive the full experience for $50 total.
These sessions complement each other beautifully — one to ground and reset before the holidays, and one to release and rise after.
Please note: this style of Breathwork is not suited for those with the following: High (uncontrolled) blood pressure, glaucoma, detached retina, cardiovascular disease, aneurysm in brain or abdomen, uncontrolled thyroid conditions and diabetes, epilepsy, diagnosis of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia, any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.
