🌸 Flower Essence Exploration & Remedy
Abby of Heka Healing will guide a mini-masterclass on the vibrational potency of specific flower essences, chosen to support the energetic and emotional themes of this lunation.
You’ll receive a curated 30ml flower remedy, blended in alignment with the current astrology. We’ll take the remedy together during the retreat, and you’ll continue with it over the next 4–6 weeks, allowing its subtle medicine to support your integration through the lunar cycle.
🔮 Astrology & Traditional Chinese Medicine Talk
Amber will offer a grounded and intuitive interpretation of the astrological themes we’re working with — translating the stars through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and exploring how this relates to emotions, organs, and meridian pathways.
🍵 Chai, Treats & Journaling
We’ll pause to sip, nourish, and reflect before transitioning into the restorative body journey.
🌙✨ The Luminate Soulful Journey
A restorative mind–body immersion designed to regulate, recalibrate, and return you to your centre. This extended practice includes:
- Qi Gong & meridian activation
- A long, nourishing Yin Yoga practice guided by Amber
- Gentle, hands-on Cranio-Sacral touch by Amber
- Bathed in live sound throughout the session by Ute
- Closing with guided imagery and intentional rest
🎶 Sound Immersion with Ute
Throughout the entire journey, you’ll be bathed in the exquisite soundscapes created live by Ute from Sound Relaxation.
Her intuitive sound work is subtle, expansive, and truly magical — weaving together instruments from around the world to create a sonic field that invites deep surrender, nervous system regulation, and altered states of stillness.
She’ll also guide a closing sound and imagery journey alongside Amber — themed specifically for this moon — to anchor your intention and integration.
You’ll leave deeply rested, opened, and elevated.
