Join us for a small group guided meditation & reflection gathering. Expect to meditate, reflect, share and spark creativity for ways to enrich inner-harmony and self-compassion.
New and experienced meditators alike are welcomed to join!
Our meetings will take place at various outdoor locations in beautiful Mill Valley, CA (all within 10 minutes from town). Wear layers, bring a journal, a pen, and an open heart.
Meetings: Feb 27, Mar 13, Mar 27 from 9:45-10:45am.
By registering for the first meeting, you are confirming your spot for all three sessions. You do not need to register multiple times.

Facilitator Kyla Hilboldt is the Founder of Waveflow and has spent over a decade building & scaling teams and profitable businesses in the health & wellness industry. Kyla has led group meditation and inquiry sessions for thousands of people, including individuals, studio classes and corporate groups. Prior to founding Waveflow, Kyla helped grow the Operations and Business Development teams at SoulCycle after an early career in Investment Banking. As a Waveflow facilitator, Kyla’s intention is to create an environment where participants are encouraged to choose courage and make meaningful decisions in the direction of their heart.
