Join Ela Law for Riots Not Diets, an interactive workshop and informal discussion where we will introduce the frameworks of Intuitive Eating and Health At Every Size. There will be practical examples of how you can include these principles into your life.
We will also look at how the diet industry has roots in the patriarchy and isn’t our friend, whilst providing some strategies to tune back into ourselves and use intuitive eating to heal our relationship with food and our body.
You will have the opportunity to ask lots of questions and spend time chatting to Ela after the session.
ABOUT ELA LAW
“I have a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Public Health Nutrition, am registered with the Association for Nutrition (ANutr) and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor (trained by the original Intuitive Eating Pros, Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch). I am a great believer in continuing professional development and have completed courses to further my understanding in body image healing, neurodiversity and disordered eating, polyvagal theory, trauma, working with parts, and mindfulness. In addition, since I started my private practice I have organised and attended regular peer supervision sessions.”
