The public is invited to an informational meeting that will provide details on a major water system upgrade for the village of Rio. The process is currently in the engineering phase and a representative, from the engineering firm assisting with the project, will be present at the meeting providing an update on the process and answering questions. The meeting will take place Thursday April 10th at 7pm at Rio Town Hall.
