Please Read Before Arriving!� Pet Requirements (No Exceptions)
• All dogs MUST be on leash
• All cats MUST be in a secure carrier
� Arrival & Check-In Process
• Upon arrival, you will be given a QR code and a number
• Use the QR code to fill out the check in form online
• Please wait in your vehicle until your called
• When called, come to the table out front to finalize check in and pay
� Vaccination Flow
• After payment, you will be asked to wait briefly in a small line - please follow volunteer instructions on where to wait
• Once cleared, you will proceed inside for your pet’s vaccines
� Paperwork
• Payment receipts will be sent via email
• You will receive a physical copy of your pet’s vaccine certificate at discharge
� Health Requirements
• This clinic is for HEALTHY PETS ONLY
• We are only able to provide vaccines at this clinic
• If your pet has any health concerns, please speak with your regular veterinarian first
• Vaccination is always at the veterinarian’s discretion
� A Final Reminder
This clinic is run entirely by volunteers. Please be kind and patient.
Rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
