The ethos of a repair café is that you work with a volunteer repairer to understand the fault and then try to fix it together. We are not a drop-off service!Whilst we can't guarantee to repair the item, we can at least try to diagnose the problem. Providing information in advance such as a description of item requiring repair, including why it needs repairing, will enable us to make sure we have someone who can help you on the day.
