The evening’s indulgent menu includes:
- Charred Sweet Corn & Dashi Custard Amuse-Bouche with smoked truffle butter and chives
- Cucumber Seaweed Salad with yuzu vinaigrette and sesame
- A Small Plate Trio featuring Smoked Hamachi Tartare Oshizushi Seared Wagyu & Foie Gras and Lobster Cigars filled with lobster and potato served with garlic shallots and shiso butter
