The Riley County Livestock Association Banquet will be held on Monday, January 26, 2026, at Pottorf Hall in Manhattan. A steak dinner will be served at 6:30 pm, followed by a short business meeting. Dr. Cassandra Olds, a veterinary entomologist from Kansas State University, will be the featured speaker. She will be presenting about the Asian Longhorn Tick, and the threat it poses to Kansas cattle and humans.To make reservations, click the link above or call 785-537-6350.
