We're excited to welcome these authors back to Safety Harbor! This is the first time these three authors will all be on the same panel together! They don't shy away from exploring deep feelings in their YA novels, and we look forward to their conversation. They will be available to sign books after the event.

ELIOT SCHREFER

MARIA INGRANDE MORA
Maria Ingrande Mora (they/she) is a content strategist and brunch enthusiast. Their love languages are snacks, queer joy, and live music. A graduate of the University of Florida, Maria lives near a wetlands preserve with two cats, two children, and two billion mosquitoes. They can often be found writing at their stand-up desk, surrounded by house plants. Unless the cats have destroyed them. Their works include the YA novels The Immeasurable Depth of You, Fragile Remedy, the graphic novels Ranger Academy, and their upcoming book A Wild Flame Rises (coming Fall 2025).

AMANDA DEWITT
Amanda DeWitt is an author and librarian, ensuring that she spends as much time around books as possible. She also enjoys Star Wars, Dungeons & Dragon-ing, and even more writing—just not whatever it is she really should be writing. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a master’s in information and library science. She lives in Denver, Colorado, with her two dogs and a very small cat. She is the author of Aces Wild: A Heist, Wren Martin Ruins It All, and her newest novel The Underwood Tapes released on February 4th, 2025.
