Procom Middle East is hosting a Rigging Course - Theory & Practice, presented by Backstage Academy, at its training center in Dubai.
The Backstage Academy Rigging Course has been designed to give everyone who has contact with rigging a better understanding of rigging hardware, from shackle to motor to truss, and its correct application and capacity.
The course offers something for all skill levels including:
- Technicians who work solely on the ground but should have an understanding of what goes on overhead
- Venue staff who need to be sure that any rigging in their venue is carried out correctly and safely
- Riggers who are responsible for the safe installation of the equipment
The course runs over two consecutive days, with a split between classroom style training, and practical hands-on sessions.
