Posture, Position and Balance Rider ClinicDid you know, riders have more asymmetries than most athletes?
Using EQ Bands, Equisk Gloves and Rider alignment shirts, you will understand where your balance and posture naturally is from the ground first before developing it on the horse.
This combined with developing an understanding of how your body position can benefit your riding and your horse by making adjustments in how you move, balance and position yourself will enable you to develop your riding further and benefit your horse in the process.
You will have the opportunity to develop awareness of your own position and posture, where you can take your training focus home and build into practice and understand how small changes support your horses way of going.
Those on the ground will have the chance to watch and understand without being sat in the saddle and develop your own eye and knowledge. We will also have the extra hands to help each other and take dedicated video footage that can be run through the RideSum app for further analytics and insight should you wish.
These clinics are 2 hour session in groups of 4.
2 people will ride with 2 people supporting and learning from the ground. There will then be time to change over and put horses away / tack up to swap over learning perspectives.
Topthorn is a welcoming venue and indoor arena so provides a safe space for riders to really focus on themselves and for horses to be calm.
