In the afternoon she will work with you on your own horse to further increase your awareness in your body and exercises to align and strengthen yourself.
Rebecca focuses on teaching horses to be in mental, emotional and physical balance in order to move with relaxation and harmony. In the morning a group groundwork session will focus on evaluating each horse’s posture and muscle structure and releasing stored tension. In the afternoon you will share a ridden session showing you and your horse the pathway to balance through alignment, engagement and collection.
