With a background that includes breeding, training, and riding Welsh Cobs to EA Medium level with success in both Dressage and the Show ring. Currently producing Welsh Cobs for Pony Dressage, and breeding / training her ponies from foal to ridden with her Amadora Welsh Cobs.
Mardi brings a deep understanding of the horse–rider relationship. Her experience extends beyond equestrian sport—she is a former elite figure skating competitor and coach, trained in contemporary dance and Ashtanga Yoga. This diverse movement background shapes her unique and holistic coaching approach.
Trained by respected coaches and trainers in Australia and internationally, Mardi specialises in developing spatial awareness, balance, and aid application in a caring, supportive, non-judgemental environment. Her coaching particularly resonates with riders who are curious about the impact of body awareness on their horse’s way of going.
