This just for you, the rider! Classes dedicated to improve your riding off the horse and covering all aspects of this.If you have ever wanted to try but maybe a little worried then this would be a great place to start in this 8 week block. Every level is welcome, but this can take you right from the beginning to start your journey.
You will understand more about your body, asymmetries, weakness but also discover strengths. You will be guided on how to correct them and translate into your riding.
This block runs for 8 weeks and covers, balance, symmetry, activation, mobility and many more!
Nikki works as a physiotherapist (for riders and horses!) so can adapt any exercise that may need to due to injury new or old.
All equipment is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. A variety of equipment will be used in the classes.
Classes are just £15, you don't have to attend all, but the more you do then more you will benefit.
Pre payment is required.
Cancellation: 24hours or more notice must be given to cancel. Less than 24hours, no refund or swapping classes will be allowed.
