Rider Elite continues its Monday classes with a new 6 week block starting 30th September! These classes aims to improve your ridden abilities off the horse to enhance your all round riding performance...and even benefit your horse too. The classes involve pilate type exercises adapted specifically for riders. All equipment is provided, so all you need to do is just turn up.
Each week there is a different focus, and accumulatively aims to improve your ride posture, movement, balance, strength, reactiveness...the list goes on. You will understand the principles about your asymmetries and weaknesses, how to improve them and why they may have occurred in the first place.
The 6 week block starts 30th Sept and continues until 4th Nov every Monday 6:45pm-7:45pm
Every level is welcome, and doesn't even matter if you haven't done pilates before. Nikki works as a physiotherapist and can adapt exercises to the rider incase of injury or ability.
It costs £90 for the 6 weeks
£75 for 5 classes
£60 for 4 classes
£45 for 3 classes
£20 per drop in, space allowing.
