this is event is set for a Saturday, but we can change it to a Sunday if that works for most people.We’re planning a scenic ride from Cape Coral down Route 41 to Gasparilla Island State Park, one of the best classic Southwest Florida rides around. The route offers relaxed cruising with palm-lined stretches, coastal views, and open water scenery as we head toward Boca Grande. Once on the island, we’ll soak in the old-Florida feel, crystal-blue water, and stop by the iconic lighthouse at the state park—perfect for photos and a little time to unwind. We’ll finish the ride with food and drinks at South Beach Bar & Grille, a laid-back waterfront spot with great views and solid food. For anyone who’s up for it, we’ll then head out together for an evening/night ride back—the cooler air, quieter roads, and sunset into night over the water make it an unforgettable way to end the ride.
