Come join us on Friday Aug 30th and Saturday Aug 31st when all types of electric powered planes, electric powered jets, multi-rotors, helicopters and powered gliders will take to the air during our annual “Ride the Lightning” Electric Flight Event.This is a fantastic event to learn how electric powered flight has changed the RC Aircraft industry!
See giant scale electric planes–with wingspans of 7+ feet–fly, like the F4U Corsair, P38 Lightning, P51D Mustang and the civilian DeHaviland Beaver.
Talk to some ARCA instructors about scheduling a FREE “discovery flight” for anyone 12 years or older.
The fun starts around 10:00am but feel free to come earlier and talk to the pilots, see the planes and pick a spot to sit!
FREE parking and FREE admission to the public.
