Join Jennifer Martin and Katy Marver for a hands-on experiential workshop to reclaim your energy and rebuild your confidence for pursuing your passions and living with purpose. Identify and work on dismantling your limitations and old patterns in order to cultivate personal courage, bring about meaningful changes and inspire new growth. We will be doing a drum journey and making a fire horse spirit stick, journaling, and sharing with others doing the same process.
Each participant will receive a pattern and be able to choose an interesting stick for your handle, and then have access to buttons, ribbons, fabric, stuffing and other odds and ends to create your ritualistic tool. Please feel welcome to bring any materials that you feel you would want to use to create your Fire Horse Spirit Stick.
We will have coffee, tea, water and some healthy snacks. You may bring a snack to share with the other participants. Please bring your pen and journal, wear comfortable, layered clothes to do gentle movements, art and meditation.
Cost per person is $136.00. Limited to 4 participants. You can pay at the website or pay with cash at the event.
