A flat, easy bike ride from Forest Park Community Centre into the town centre. The ride is about 2.3 miles each way.
This ride is aimed at people wanting to build their confidence riding bikes to travel around the borough more often.
Refreshments will be available when we get to town for a rest. When everyone is ready to return, we will gently make the way back to Forest Park Community Centre.
Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the ride starts. Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather on the day.
