“This Bike and Yoga Retreat was phenomenal. Our bike couches were top notch. Their instructions, energy and enthusiasm in seeing students succeed pushed me to accomplish skills and features that I never thought were possible. The yoga in the yurt was well tailored to bikers needs. The instructor was in tune to our needs and everyone’s levels. Honestly some of my favorite yoga classes ever as I felt there was so pretension and just true inner peace. The location was very down-to-earth and wholesome. Love how it was close-to-nature, while still providing all comfort levels from camping to lodging. The quality of food was beyond expectations in taste and variety. This retreat left me feeling strong and confident in my new found biking skills and personal reflection. I hope to come again soon to be surrounded by inspiring and beautiful folks.
