Get ready for a fun biking adventure like no other that will be filled with time in the bike saddle and time out of the saddle for connective conversations and guided reflection, as we bike, bird and reflect.

Whether your bike is gathering dust in the garage, but know how to ride it or are a seasoned cyclist, this no drop ride (no participants will be left behind) event will move at a casual pace.

• All participants must supply their own bike. See Q&A below if you don't own a bike and aren't sure where to rent one.
• You must ride with a well fitting bike helmet.
• This ride is for women and non-binary folx. Gender is a spectrum and we welcome you to join if you self-identify, as such.
• You must be 21+ older to ride.
• This event will be happening as long as there is no rain or light drizzle. Rain Date TBD
• All participants will be required to fill out a liability waiver & photo release to participate, which will be emailed to you after registering.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation occurs 30 or more days before the event date, the full cost of the event minus 10% of the tour cost will be refunded. Any cancellation made between 15-29 days will result in a total loss of 50% of the event cost. Any cancellation received in writing from 5-14 days will result in a loss of 75% of the event cost. Any cancellation between 4 days and the event date will result in a total loss of funds. We reserve the right to cancel the event if it is not meeting the event minimum or due to inclement weather (if we do so your event cost is refunded). All cancellations and any refund requests (refund requests must be made within 30 days of the event) must be made to Circle and Spoke Retreats and Rides LLC in writing to [email protected] .
