FRIDAY January 16th
Site opens 3pm.. Sign in and set up
5pm Travelers feast available for prepaid and purchace
6pm 1st Annual Rexxor and Thorgrim 2v2 Pit Fighting Tournament (Points earned for Conan)
Hosted by Halls of Asgard
7:30pm Showing of Conan under main pavilion
10pm Gate closes Contact Azrec/Ray at pavilion if you arrive after..
SATURDAY January 17th
8am Gate opens.. Breakfast is served (Food Plan)
9am Greetings to all contenders and visitors by the County of Sea Watch and TRM Sumaria and Ardesca Main Pavilio 11AM- Archery (Combat Archery) and Live Steel Open )Points awarded
11AM- Crossbow making class by Chabi $150 for materials.. you will have a fully functional combat crossbow when the class is complete
11:30am Village Battles - Points awarded toward Conan
12:30pm Lunch
01:00pm Caravan Battle - Points awarded
01:30 Illumination Class for beginners- Janet Stapleton
02:30pm Battle of the Mounds (For Points)
04:00p Wolf Run
05:30pm Till dusk free time/ prepare for the main event .. Pit Fighting!!
**Primitive Fire Starting Class** At Main Pavilion
06:00pm LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE.. Come to the Pit Hosted by the State of Aquilonia points awarded for Conan
After the final blows have landed points will be counted and Conan will be declared at Feast under the pavilion
SUNDAY January 18th
8am wake up
12:00pm Site closes see you next year!

Weekend. $30 (without food plan) $50 with food plan..
Food plan MUST be prepaid.. last day available to Pre Pay is Wednesday January 15th
