Come enjoy a weekend of learning and fellowship at the Triple R Ranch with the spectacular teachings of Ricky Quinn. This Spring we will be offering a colt starting class for the very first time! A great opportunity for those that want feedback and guidance in colt starting. The colt starters will begin class Thursday and spend all day working with their colts under Ricky’s guidance. Friday Saturday and Sunday the colt starters will work in the morning, and the horsemanship riders will ride in the afternoon. It’s a great opportunity for thought provoking discussions.
"Ricky teaches the mechanics of properly riding and operating a horse, but he also teaches the people what it means to feel of a horse. Once a person experiences a horse responding to their feel, the opportunity for self-improvement and for positive change is incredible. When we become the person that our horse enjoys, we feel better and it usually benefits and lifts all other areas of our life including our interaction with our family, friends, and other human beings".

Classes offered: Horsemanship and colt starting.
Cost: $450 for horsemanship. $600 for colt starting.
OR just come out to watch! $25 a day
Stabling:
$25 a night for private paddock or stall (limited stall space). Please indicate your preference or need when you submit your deposit.
Horse rental: $150 per class- riding experience required- call for availability
Hook ups: $20 per night. -RSVP early - Limited hook ups
Lodging: If trailer/tent camping is not for you, or you can't find a hotel/airbnb that suits your needs, the ranch has an additional option of bunk housing. Please understand we are a campground and theses are bunk house style cabins. You will need to provide your own bedding and toiletries.
Men's bunkhouse and women's bunkhouse shared** cabins $30 per bunk for first night, $15 for each additional night.
Private family bunkhouse cabin $120 for first night $60 for each additional night.
*consumption of alcohol is not permitted on the campgrounds.
** shared indicates that the ranch will arrange who you or your horses roommates will be.
A $200 deposit will secure your spot. Cabins and hook ups reserved in advance. We expect both classes to fill up quickly so don't delay your reservation. Send deposits and reservation requests to:
