Richard T Bear returns to The Write-Off Room for another great night of blues, soul, and good ole rock ‘n roll. He’ll be performing with his great band featuring Grammy-winning guitarist Laurence Juber, Ricky Cortes on bass, Tony Braunagel on drums, and some special guests. Come enjoy tunes from his latest album, “The Way of the World,” and some other originals plus a few tasty covers done up only the way T Bear does them!
Richard T Bear boasts a career that spans more than 40 years as a distinctive singer, songwriter & keyboard player. He’s worked with numerous music icons including Stephen Stills, Kiss, and Pat Benatar, and has shared stages with Dave Mason, Mick Fleetwood, the Doobie Brothers, Richie Havens, and Odetta. He’s appeared on Crosby Stills & Nash’s “Southern Cross,” Billy Squier’s Tale of the Tape & The Blues Brothers Soundtrack album, penned the song "Love and Pain,” one of the standout tracks on Cher's blockbuster album Take Me Home, and also tallied several hits on his own, including the single “Sunshine Hotel.” T Bear’s blues/rock & soulful show includes songs off his latest project, “The Way of the World” (produced by Tony Braunagel & Laurence Juber) as well as his previous album, “Fresh Bear Tracks” (1st studio album in 25+ years) which features Stephen Stills, Robby Krieger, Edgar Winter, Tom Scott, Walter Trout, and Benmont Tench.
