About this Event
RICBW’s Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) Mentoring Program 2024–2025 Rites of Passage Brunch Celebration! This year, LEAD will honor our college-bound high school graduates as they transition to the next chapter of their journeys.
The Rites of Passage event marks the culmination of our LEAD mentees' dedication and achievements, offering them an opportunity to showcase their talents and growth before family, friends, and their community.
Since 2001, LEAD has mentored hundreds of girls. The mentoring program fosters leadership capabilities among Black girls and young women in grades 6–12. Our trained mentors help adolescents become strong, successful women through academic, social, emotional, and cultural guidance.
**Please note that seats are limited and advance ticket sales are required. Due to increased participation, same-day tickets may not be available.
Free on-site parking.
The event will commence promptly. Attendees are asked to arrive on time to ensure every student mentee can present without distraction.
