It's been a whole year since we started in the food truck! Come celebrate with us! What better way to celebrate than with a rib flight? St. Louis ribs, Lamb Denver ribs, Baby back rib tips, and our infamous bacon rib all on one platter! Served in the parking lot from the food truck just like when we started last year! Our regular daily menu will still be running full force inside the taproom, and we'll have plenty of racks for ya from the trailer!
