About this Event
This is a two-part Ribbon Skirt Workshop held on February 12 & 19. When you register, you are registering for BOTH days.
Participants will be guided through the process of creating their own ribbon skirt while also learning about the role ribbon skirts play as a symbol of Indigenous pride and identity. The workshop balances shared learning with hands-on time to sew, create, and complete each piece.
The two-session format allows participants to work at a comfortable pace and return to finish their skirt with guidance and support.
All materials are provided, and no prior sewing experience is required. Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and supportive.
