Created by Greg Gatlin, Gatlin’s BBQ Executive Chef Michelle Wallace, and Chef de Cuisine Darius King, the menu features standout starters like Chargrilled Oysters, New Orleans BBQ Shrimp, Not My Momma’s Biscuits with seasonal jams, and The Clucker—a Southern-inspired take on a charcuterie board. Guests can also enjoy hearty soups and salads, crave-worthy sandwiches, and showstopping entrées including fried chicken and catfish, all served in generous, nostalgic portions.
