Join us in celerating the RIBA West Midlands Awards Ceremony taking place at The Distellery, Birmingham on Thursday 9th May 2024.
With 12 Shortlisted projects in the West Midlands which include a living museum, hospice and a converted malting, you wont want to miss this highly anticipated yet unique experience, celebrating excellence in architecture.
The projects that have been shortlisted are:

- Ecohub - Witton Lodge Community Association, Birmingham, by Axis Design Architects
- Halo Reordering - St. Mary Magdalene Church, Tanworth-in-Arden, by Communion Architects
- Interdisciplinary Biomedical Research Building, The University of Warwick, Coventry, by Hawkins\Brown
- Manresa House, Birmingham, by OMI Architects
- Shrewsbury Flaxmill Maltings, Shrewsbury, by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios
- St Richard's Hospice, Worcester, by Associated Architects
- The Catalyst Building, Staffordshire University, Stoke-on-Trent, by Feilden Clegg Bradley Studios
The evening will start from 6pm where you are invited for pre award drinks with the regional awards being presented from 7pm. There will be a short break for food and networking before the final "Building of the year" presented at 9pm. We then ask you to join us into the evening to celebrate all these magnificent buildings and awards.

By accepting an invitation or purchasing a ticket you consent to be photographed, filmed, or recorded as a visitor attending the event.
Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected]. No refunds can be made for cancellations notified within 30 days of the event.
To transfer your ticket/s to another individual/s, please contact [email protected]. Tickets are to be transferred at least 14 days before the event. Complimentary tickets are strictly non-transferable.
If the RIBA has to postpone or cancel the event the booker is entitled to a full refund of the ticket price only.
On entry to the event, you agree to accept and abide by any venue rules.
The RIBA reserves the right to refuse admission to any ticket holder.
