Join the Small Practice Network Group for a focused two‑hour workshop exploring why good architects struggle to stand out — and how to choose a better door. Designed for small and emerging practices, this provocative, hands‑on session challenges assumptions about differentiation, value, and how clients actually decide. Paul Iddon of Agency PSI Ltd will lead a discussion‑driven exploration of three key ideas: the Monty Hall Problem for Practices, the Perfume Principle™, and Architropes™. Using simple materials and models, Paul will show how clients interpret choices and why familiar strategies often fail. Hosted by Ian Scullion at Fasciato Architects, the workshop is welcoming, practical, and ideal for architects who feel stuck competing for the same projects. You’ll leave with clearer language, sharper positioning, and a new way of understanding how clients perceive your work — and how to communicate it with confidence.
