RIBA Hampshire's AGM will be hosted at The William Walker in Winchester at 6pm on Wednesday 19th March.

Join us for the RIBA Hampshire 2025 AGM where we will be reflecting on the last year. Hear more about the past year of activity from RIBA Hampshire Chair Toby Wincer, and what to expect in the coming year.

The AGM is an in person event that is free, and open to RIBA Members. It will be held upstairs at The William Walker, The Square, Winchester.

We are also seeking members to join the committee and get involved in exciting opportunities driving RIBA activity, connections and influence across the region, as well as serving in the positions below.

Branch Chair

Any current Chartered member on the electoral register in the area covered by the Branch shall be eligible for election as Chair. Successful candidates will serve a two-year term of office.

Branch Vice Chair

Any current Chartered member on the electoral register in the area covered by the Branch shall be eligible for election as Vice Chair. Successful candidates will serve a two-year term of office.

Hon. Treasurer

Any current Chartered member on the electoral register in the area covered by the Branch shall be eligible for election as Hon. Treasurer. Successful candidates will serve a two-year term of office.

Hon. Secretary

Any current Chartered member on the electoral register in the area covered by the Branch shall be eligible for election as Hon. Secretary. Successful candidates will serve a two-year term of office.

Student Rep(s)

Any current student member on the electoral register in the area covered by the Branch shall be eligible for election as Student Rep. Successful candidates will serve a two-year term of office.

In advance of the AGM, candidates are invited to nominate themselves for these roles. Please refer to instructions received by email from RIBA Elections; submissions can be made between 12th February and 19th February.
