Hello everyone The party planners are at it again! The first one was so much fun, and we had such a great turnout that we’ve scheduled the next one!
We just ask that they RSVP to this account so we can TRY to keep an accurate headcount.
Date: Saturday, May 17, 2025
Location: Boyce Park
Venue: Silver Beaver Pavilion (search for the pavilion name on Google - it is off of New Texas Road behind the tennis courts)
Duration: 11 AM to 7 PM
DETAILS:
1. $5 per person (under 10 free)
2. Families are invited - Cost is per head for anyone over age of 10.
3. Liquor license obtained for beer and wine only. They ask no glass beer bottles.
4. Bottled Water will be provided
5. Snacks and desserts will gladly be accepted!
6. Two food trucks scheduled (time TBD)

* Mexican???
We are asking you to RSVP with number of attendees. We know things may come up last minute, but this will at least give us a pretty good estimate.
If you have any old pictures, you’d like to bring for us to look at that would be great.
