Meet your Facilitators:
Conor Johnson is an Energy Medicine Practitioner, Multidimensional Sound Healer, DJ, Producer and Multi-Instrumentalist. He brings a channeled intuition and artistry to his sound and movement events.
Natalie Courtney (Upma Kaur) is a Transformative Wellness Practitioner. She integrates breath-work, meditation, kundalini yoga and sound healing into her classes and private sessions. Natalie aims to support clients in achieving holistic wellness, transforming their lives on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.
Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
