What to Expect:
6:30 pm - Doors Open
Arrive early to settle in, connect with fellow participants, and prepare for an evening of rejuvenation.
7:00 pm - Opening Circle
The evening will begin with a welcoming circle where we will come together as a community, set our intentions for the evening, and ground ourselves in the collective energy of the group. Led by Jessica & Tricia, this is a shared container to connect, acknowledge the season of renewal, and prepare ourselves for the journey ahead.
7:15 pm - Voice Activation
Our sonic journey begins with a vocal toning practice let by Jessica, designed to activate your voice, releasing any stored tension and opening up your throat chakra. This practice encourages connection to the body and the breath, allowing you to express yourself fully and freely.
7:45 pm - Somatic Warm-Up
A gentle body movement session led by Tricia, to help you connect to the physical sensations in your body and prepare for deeper movement. This somatic warm-up will invite you to explore conscious awareness of your body’s rhythm and flow.
8:00 pm - Ecstatic Dance
The heart of the evening is the ecstatic dance, where you will be invited to move without judgment or expectation. This freestyle dance experience allows participants to express themselves through spontaneous movement to a mix of rhythmic tribal house and the signature flavors of Jessica's global music philosophy. Ecstatic dance encourages emotional release, fosters deep connection with self and others, and cultivates a heightened sense of joy and freedom.
9:30 pm - Closing Frequency Meditation
The evening will close with a soothing meditation led by Jessica Rosario, using handpan music and the healing power of voice to bring you into a state of deep relaxation and integration. The frequencies of the handpan and the vibrational sound of voice will help guide you back to a place of peace and calm, grounding the energy of the experience.
9:50 pm - Closing
In our final state of stillness, we’ll come together to reflect on our experiences, share insights or feelings, and express gratitude for the collective energy we’ve co-created. This circle will help us close the event in a grounded, intentional way, allowing us to carry the energy of the evening into the days ahead.
10:00 pm - Event End
Closing remarks and an invitation to mingle and make connections with the community.

What is Vocal Toning?
Vocal toning is a practice of using sound and vibration to clear and heal the body. By producing sustained, harmonizing sounds with the voice, we tap into the energetic body and release blockages, reduce stress, and bring emotional balance. It enhances self-expression and helps to cultivate a deeper connection to your authentic voice and energy.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a form of conscious movement where participants are invited to dance freely, without structured steps or routines, to release their emotions and reconnect with their true essence. It is a powerful form of embodied expression, where the rhythm of the music guides you on a journey of self-discovery and emotional release. The benefits of ecstatic dance include increased energy, emotional healing, enhanced creativity, and a deep sense of freedom and connection to others.
