This workshop is designed to guide mothers in connecting with the natural rhythms shared between their bodies and their babies—focusing on feeding, sleep, and self-nourishment. Through this approach, participants will learn how to create a harmonious parenting experience while caring for their babies and themselves.
I’m confident that this workshop will foster a strong sense of community, allowing mothers to feel supported, heard, and empowered to tune into both their own rhythms and their babies' cues.
Workshop structure:
1.Welcome & Introduction
2. Feeding Rhythms: Exploring how babies communicate hunger, emotional needs, and connection through feeding.
3. Guided Mind-Body Exercise: Lead a short breath work or mindfulness practice that mothers can do while feeding, putting their baby to sleep, or resting themselves.
4. Q&A and Sharing: Open the floor for questions and allow space for others to share their experiences or insights.
