Rhythms of Grace Stables Horse Meditation and Sound Healing Experience

We are so excited to announce this collaboration!
This experience will include interacting with Kelsey's horses. You will begin getting familiar by brushing the horses and then getting comfortable in your chair to be treated to a beautiful healing meditation and sound session all while the horses gently move about the space and around you for a one-of-a-kind healing experience.
Equine-guided meditation can be particularly beneficial for people who are dealing with stress, anxiety, or trauma.
Please bring a zero gravity chair or a chair of your choice and anything that will make you most comfortable.
