About this Event
All the way from Eastern Canada, comes a unique opportunity to awaken your vitality through music, movement, dance and meaningful connection. Join us in a soulful journey where rhythms from around the world invite you to move freely, express authentically, and reconnect with joy. In this welcoming, non-judgmental space, your heart opens, your spirit is lifted, and the healing beat begins. This is where magic happens.
Diana will guide you through a journey of encounters through dance that stimulates your nervous system and fosters homeostasis. You are invited to experience the power of engaging in a mutually enriching exchange of experiences that foster a sense of community. This transformative practice, known as Biodanza, was created in Chile during the 1960s. Today, it has gained widespread acceptance and is embraced globally.
Dondrub will guide you through a series of Qigong exercises designed to warm the body, loosen the joints, tendons, and ligaments, and promote a smooth flow of Qi — preparing you to fully experience and express yourself through dance.
No experience needed, no right or wrong - just curiosity and a willingness to show up as you are!
What to bring to the experience:
- Adapted to any level of fitness: Ensure you have the necessary physical preparation.
- Wear comfortable clothing.
- We invite you to practice barefoot, non-lip socks or indoor shoes.
- If you need, bring bottled water to keep yourself hydrated.
- The use of a mask is optional.
We will also offer a herbal tea blend to warm your heart and body, accompanied by the dreamy, soft tones of a flute to begin the session.
