Broken Rhythms is offering summer dance camps with a focus on celebrating the mover in all of us.Classic Rhythms: This camp focus on Ballet, Contemporary, stretch/strength and Choreography.
Ages 8-12 'Classic Rhythms' Starts with a warm up and ballet class that teaches the foundations of ballet technique while adding additional information about dance history and language.
Depending on the day, the class will continue into Contemporary or Conditioning and end with Choreography. Classic Rhythms is all about providing the building blocks to help in any dance style. Your dancer will also learn about the history of the names of steps, the musical instruments they are hearing and how to incorporate story lines into their dancing journey.
