Rhythmic release: movement and meditation
Let go of stress and reconnect with yourself.This is a body-based session designed to support nervous system regulation.
Beginning with a guided seated meditation to gently tune into the body, before building into music-led movement that encourages release, flow, and self-expression.
Accessible and adaptable for all levels, this fun session offers simple, effective tools to help you better understand and manage stress in everyday life. Many leave feeling lighter, more energised, and grounded.
Please bring your own cushion or yoga mat (one will be provided if this is not possible)
