"Rhythm YOUniversity" is a therapeutic program offering rhythm-based wellness experiences designed to reduce stress, lift your spirit, and nourish overall well-being.Whether you are navigating stress, burnout, grief, health challenges, caregiver fatigue, or other challenges in life—or whether you are simply seeking more joy, creative expression, and connection—these sessions are for you.
Rhythm YOUniversity creates a shared, uplifting experience that helps participants feel grounded, connected, and seen—offering moments of relief, renewal, and resilience. Participants experience a playful, yet powerful pause from life's demands— it's a chance to decompress, relieve the weight of stress, reignite joy and purpose, and nourish mental and emotional health.
No drumming experience is needed!

Group drumming is recognized as a valuable complement to conventional medical and mental health care.
Each session weaves together rhythm, mindfulness, and compassionate awareness—offering a trauma-sensitive, evidence-based process that promotes nervous system regulation, emotional integration, and authentic connection.
Rhythm becomes the language of the heart. Sometimes, what needs to be expressed can’t be put into words—and that’s okay! These sessions offer a non-verbal outlet for emotional processing and self-expression, gently supporting participants in accessing and integrating inner experiences without the need for spoken language.

*CLASS SERIES:
*8 weeks – attending the full series is recommended, however you are welcome to join as you are able for single classes if there are any openings.
*Weekly on Mondays Oct 6 thru Nov 24
*75 min from 6:00-7:15pm
*ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED – space is limited to 20 participants per class. You can register for the full series or for single classes. Walk-ins welcome only if we have space!

Many thanks to the generosity of the Congregation House Productions non-profit organization for sponsoring the venue for this program. Although we will be on church grounds, this program is not church or religiously affiliated.
