There are three facilitators for this event:

Kia is a breath work facilitator who is skilled in facilitating healing experiences for groups using energy work and breath. Her method guides participants to release stored energy from their bodies to experience release and create space and lightness. This is a very powerful modality and is about 90 minutes of the event.

Viki is passionate about supporting other women and offering space for connection and empowerment. Her own personal experience around the shift into peri-menopause following a challenging medical situation inspired her to learn more about this huge milestone and share her wisdom with other women.

Ashley is a shamanic practitioner. As a Holy Fire Reiki Master and sound healer, she uses methods of energy work to support shifts in clients' healing. She specializes in inner child and generational work and offers integration support sessions. She is passionate about finding empowerment through self-care and shadow work via reiki, therapy, and 12-Step recovery work in her own life.

Mats, blankets, pillows are provided. Tea, journal prompts, oracle and tarot cards are available as additional support.
