As a movement artist I weave together house dance rhythms yoga animal flow somatic practices and physical theatre exercises to create a space where the body can reconnect with itself.
Through guided exercises you’ll learn to:
- Listen to sound and respond through your own rhythm
- Pause realign and return to the body
- Explore fluidity grounding and awareness in movement
