Sweat it Out Saturdays Presents: Rhythm Fit. Dance your way to great health and wellness. Cardio not only helps manage your weight, but is also proven to better your mood. Skip the club and hit the gym! With a diverse music selection, come take a load off and strengthen your heart while doing so. The goal is 500+ calories. Grab your water and a towel. You don’t want to miss this!"

Parking is free and located infront of the building.

There will be a sign by the door to tell you where to go.

Bringing water and a towel is HIGHLY recommended.

Class will be located in Suite A, down the hall of the gym.
