• Date & Time: February 14, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Ages: 12–17 (Younger siblings may be considered—please email us to inquire)
• Drop-off: 9:30 – 9:45 AM | Pick-up: 3:00 PM sharp
• Performance Viewing: 2:45 PM – come watch participants shine!

• Primary Registration: $35 per child
• Sibling / Same-Household Rate: $30 per additional child
• Eventbrite Sibling Options: 2 children = $60 | 3 children = $90
• Payment: Spots are secured once payment is received. You will have 24 hours from registration to complete payment. Our registration form also allows other payment methods.

• General Refunds: Refunds may be requested up to 6 days before the event. After this date, no refunds will be issued except as noted below.
• Severe Weather / Natural Disasters: Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled or officially postponed due to severe weather or natural disasters, as determined by the National Weather Service or local government authorities.
• Name Transfers / Substitutions: Allowed up to 3 days before the event.

The conference is fully supervised by trained staff in a safe, supportive environment. All participants and parents must sign a Code of Conduct, and kids are not permitted to leave the venue during the event.
