Join us for an afternoon of wellness that blends movement, art, and mindefulness.

Attendees will have the opportunity to design their own ceramic planter, create a wine glass charm, and custom blend of essential oil spray for their mat or space.
Attire: Athleisure or comfy casual is perfect for this experience! Think yoga-friendly outfits you can stretch and move in, but stylish enough to hang out and enjoy mocktails, music, and creative activities before the flow.
