RHUM PALOOZA - CELEBRATING CULTURE AFRICA TO THE CARIBBEANS
PARTY - DANCE - CELEBRATE ! #RHUMPALOOZA
10 PM - 3AM
This event will focus on the cultural blend of African and Caribbean music, exposing our culture, traditions and comradery into day to day America. As a country made of immigrants we feel it is important to create an atmosphere where all are welcomed to enjoy the cultural significance of black and brown people.
A safe place to not only be yourself, but to indulge yourself into a community that will help bring our music and traditions to the cultural forefront.
Cultural Traditions: Caribbean culture is rich and diverse, influenced by a blend of indigenous, African, European, and Asian traditions. Rum has played a role in many cultural practices and rituals. It is often used in traditional Caribbean recipes, such as Rhum cake and Rhum punch, and is a key component of celebratory events like weddings, festivals, and Carnival.
